Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Trent cart store is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Trent cart store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at trendcartstore6@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
